Store Policy
1. Exclusive Goldfish only ship on Tuesday and Wednesday, excluding holidays thru FedEx Overnight services.
2. Please make sure that someone is available to receive and move your delivery indoors promptly and start the acclimation process.
3. Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. Exclusive Goldfish will not provide refunds for fish death due to delays caused by incorrect address.
4. It is extremely rare that our fish would arrive dead because we ensure that your fish are in good health and have been quarantine for at least 2 days prior to shipping. But if it happens, please let us know immediately and send us a video within 3 hours from the recorded delivery time. Exclusive Goldfish will provide a full store credit to you (excluding shipping fee).
5. Your cost of Overnight shipping is $59 flat. Exclusive Goldfish only ship in the 48 contiguous states, not Alaska/Hawaii.
6. Exclusive Goldfish does not accept return on live fish.
